December was a busy month for Christian. After completing his album he spent much of his time in Manchesters Bridgewater Hall performing with the Hallé Orchestra, conducted by Nick Davies, hosting their Christmas shows. Performing songs such as The Christmas Song, Let it snow, O Holy Night and I'm dreaming of a White Christmas to a capacity audience, Christan and Nick had a wonderful time interacting with the Christmas crowd with highlights including a singalong (with actions) to the Twelve Days of Christmas and a very funky arrangement of " Santa Claus is coming to town "! All left feeling very Christmasy indeed!
On the 30th December Christian joined Carl Davis for "That's Show business!". A lively concert of classic musical theatre numbers. Particular highlights were Maria, from West side story, Blow Gabriel Blow, arranged by Carl Davis and Luck be a Lady, with the Hallé in full swing! In January Christian is enjoying a busy month planning the rest of the year with press, radio and television interviews to promote his exciting debut album ‘Be My Love’.
