Our Telemarketing focus is on outbound B2B activity and is based primarily around business generation activities such appointment setting, lead generation, event and seminar support and Channel Support programs. All call centre projects are delivered using unique, bespoke electronic call delivery and data capture systems giving clients project visibility and up to date progress and analytical information even whilst the campaign is in progress. Dedicated teams are built from ground up within the call centre for all clients and client interaction with these teams is both encouraged and welcomed. Additionally we also provide managed telemarketing teams on client site where the geography and nature of the project / program are appropriate for this to happen.
Call centre projects are primarily UK focused but we do have the capability to deliver pan-European and even global projects for our clients.
