Green and Eco alternatives could help rebuild UK and Japanese ec

Japan and the UK can indeed collaborate productively to in an increasingly prominent sector - clean tech/energy efficiency and conservation.

Japan has been supporting local businesses who support clean tech and energy conservation. And at times have silently lead the international arena with a competitive advantage.

In addition it proves to be a worthwhile opportunity to stimulate growth and create jobs in both countries within the sustainable and green sectors. This could therefore lead to rebuilding the economy and the vast job losses both UK and Japan have suffered.

Japan has faced a choppy period during the early to mid 1990's, a time I personally experienced whilst residing in Japan. It was only a few years ago that Japan could begin to tread smoothly.

Though all is not lost within Japan, even in this world global economic struggle. Japan has thousands of small and medium enterprises, which have excellent green technologies and know-how. Most of the Companies have continued to focus on pushing the boundaries in ongoing development. Yet entry into a foreign western markets ie EU or US have not been considered, instead favouring other Asian markets.

With the encouragement of various organisations who help promote their products through email or magazine along with individuals who are aware of such businesses both countries would not be able to reap the rewards.

Though all is not lost. If you are interested in sourcing products from Japan - whether it is eco produced castiron cookware - ie NakedPan - www.nakedpan.com, organic and artisan Nihon-shu or sake to us, eco produced hand made bags from recycled fabric flags, organic cotton towels and other items made with wind power, eco wall insulation made with recycled milk containers along with other items, please feel free to contact, Ngaire at Irashai Services Ltd either by phone 01628 636082.

Otherwise, contact ECO+WAZA in Japan who can provide you with a selection of Companies.

If you are interested in visiting any eco companies in Japan when you are planning your travels, please feel free to contact Ngaire at 01628 636082 who can advise you on eco travel alternatives and companies who you could visit and even gain work experience time.
