Note: Clearspring's products are regularly used within the home - especially the umeboshi plum puree which I personally use in a cup of green tea when my throat is feeling sore, or combined with some fish flakes (katsubushi) when making an onigiri for the children's lunch box. Lightly toasted onigiri with umeboshi puree is lovely. Excellent alternative to sandwiches.
