IoD Berkshire Corporate Golf Day
The Berkshire Branch has organised a Corporate Team Golf Challenge at Temple Golf Club. Temple is situated on Speen Hill, Hurley, a few minutes drive from the M4 and M40 motorways near Maidenhead. The course enjoys extensive panoramic views over Marlow and the Thames Valley.
Designed by Willie Park Junior and opened for play in 1910, the course, which is described as a hidden gem, provides a challenging and enjoyable test for golfers of all abilities. Join us for a golf day with a difference, an opportunity for golf, team building and networking in tranquil surroundings and a friendly, charming and convivial atmosphere.
The format for the day will be:
From 8am - Coffee and bacon rolls on arrival
From 9 am - 18 holes, Team Golf Challenge tees-off (teams of three)
From 2.30 pm - Carvery Lunch followed by presentation of prizes.
The IoD is delighted to be running this inaugural event and are happy to receive applications from company teams of three or indeed individuals for whom we will create teams on the day.
We would encourage you to book early and get this event into your business diaries as soon as possible.
Initial indications are that we should have a rich mix of businesses large and small represented on the day.
