Kidney Bean Cakes (Rajmah Tikki)
Cooked kidney beans first blended with sautéed onion, root ginger, garlic and garam masala and the cakes are fried in sunflower oil.
Garlic Flavoured Chicken Tikka (Lahsooni Murgh Tikka)
Cubed breasts of chicken steeped in a garlic and chilli flavoured marinade, coated with chickpea flour and grilled in the clay oven.
MAIN COURSE
Chicken Tikka in Butter Sauce (Murgh Tikka Makhani)
Succulent pieces of chicken tikka smothered in an alluringly spiced butter sauce.
9-Jewelled Korma (Navrattan Korma)
A superb example of courtly cuisine of India, here nine types of seasonal vegetables are braised in a rich and creamy sauce with subtle spicing.
