Absolute Health and Safety Solutions Ltd are now in their sixth year of operating, and we love it.
Other consultancies and people who are starting their business always ask us how we get our clients and get our feet in the door. We always give the same answer - hard work, - suck in the knock backs, but learn and - treat all the customers as if they are our only customer. We tried mail drops….didn’t work, loads of effort, cost and time with no pay back. We tried cold calling but got fed up with the abuse and hang ups! We have been caught in the Business Directory Scams…lessons learnt! Spent 18 mths in a business forum passing out referrals with only two recieved. The key element for us is network and word of mouth by people that refer us……. And then we met Jon, from LiaiseOnline…. Jon is king of the ‘word of mouth’ and can match me in talking the longest. We have been now signed up with Business in Berkshire for around two years….whose counting (I don’t know how long I’ve been married, why should I, when your enjoying it - whose counting); we produce regular news items which we can incorporate in our quarterly newsletters, its up to us to provide the email addresses and Jon sends them out. Our site provides free stuff available on the web, why pay us when it’s free – people call us when they can’t handle it because they are moving forward. Jon tells it as it is, if he enjoys a holiday break he’ll tell you he had a great time and promote the venue, he sets targets and bends over backwards to meet them – even pushing us at Absolute if we are sitting on the fence or slacking on our objectives with news items. Our website on Business in Berkshire have provided us with a dynamic tool that has increased our rating on Google, as Jon tells us ‘Google loves the activity…the more the better’ before we would type in ‘Absolute Health and Safety’ on Google and the computer said ‘Who?’ now we are in 7 of the top 10 out of almost half a million sites………Thanks Jon. A person dear to me once told me that ‘If it’s not written down it never happened!’ Believe me that I wish we had known about Business in Berkshire from the start, we would have been on board from the beginning. Maybe we had to learn the lessons first to achieve what we have now…. Thanks Jon your product is worth every penny and if anyone is having doubts in signing up we will be happy to discuss the lost time, effort and sole destroying methods we tried before Business in Berkshire.
