Investor Clubs and Syndication
Regularly discussing a wide variety of potential deals with others who may be knowledgeable and experienced in diverse fields, in a sociable and (financially!) non-threatening environment is the quickest and simplest way to fast-track success in Equity Entrepreneurship©.
No ‘outsider’ – facilitator – can prescribe precisely how any other group of individuals should volunteer to behave: however with Investor Clubs, there are obviously some common features that must prevail, e.g. FSA compliance, the Law, taxation…etc; but at a detailed level, each group adopts whatever behaviour most suits them and their preferences. And they should be fun, and tend to be at zero or very modest cost!
Our Partners act as coordinators, arranging meetings in a supportive physical environment. They use their extensive contacts to provide interest speakers – a client who might talk of his experiences post funding; a firm of solicitors or accountants specialising in such deals; and they provide deal flow for discussions, case studies and virtual investment portfolio management.
