Equity Entrepreneurship© programs
The Equity Entrepreneurship© programs comprise four modules:

A one day intensive Equity Entrepreneur© Workshop
The purpose of this day is for participants to explore the Private Equity process in a highly involving fashion.
Participants will discover:

  • What does it take to be a ‘Business Angel’?

  • What – if any! - are the rules, and the Tax benefits?

  • Where do they get deals from, and how do they plan their investment strategy?

  • How do they read a business plan to discover what’s behind it?

  • What do they look for in an entrepreneur and his (her) team?

  • How do they assess and manage business model risks?

  • How do they assess valuations and negotiate deals?

  • How do they protect themselves against the pitfalls, and maximise their chances of seeing their money again? – and finally -

  • How they can contribute to research into Entrepreneurship?

  • A modest charge is made to cover costs.

The Difference between an Entrepreneur and an Investor
Have you ever wondered what difference there is between an Entrepreneur and a Private Equity Investor? Investors are every bit as entrepreneurial as the businessmen they back - often more so. They have an interest in investing in innovative, early stage companies and often offer support and mentoring as well.     more

    Investor Clubs and Syndication
Regularly discussing a wide variety of potential deals with others who may be knowledgeable and experienced in diverse fields, in a sociable and (financially!) non-threatening environment is the quickest and simplest way to fast-track success in Equity Entrepreneurship©.     more

    Virtual Portfolio
Though the Investor Clubs, Equity Entrepreneur© enables ‘painless’ private equity investing in a supportive yet competitive environment.     more

    Investment Forum
These are local events, held five or six times each year. In front of an invited audience of serious investors, these comprise four presentations by local entrepreneurs to a panel of experts.     more

    Investor Fairs
These are all day affairs held two or three times each year at a major venue.     more
