Slough Business Ideas Competition
This fantastic competition is open to individuals in the Slough area, aged 14-30, who have new business ideas. Candidates need to write into the Slough Enterprise Gateway with their Business Idea they will be put forward to a panel of judges. The ones that have the best ideas will be put forward to a Business planning Course. After preparations of a Business Plan they will submit this into the next round. The finalist will win £500.00, support and incubation in the Slough Enterprise Gateway. A presentation final is taking place on the 16th to select the winners. Slough Enterprise Hub
Young Entrepreneurs Creative Business Plan Competition 2005
The competition is designed to give a kick-start to young entrepreneurs in the creative field. 20 applicants are selected to attend a Business Planning workshop where they will learn about all aspects of business planning as well as gaining an insight into what it is really like being an entrepreneur running your own business - both the good bits and the bad. Following the workshop, participants are asked to submit a business plan within 3 weeks. The plans will be judged by a panel of business experts who will give feedback and award prizes. The competition is open to 16-30 year olds from the Thames Valley area. The presentation final occurs on the 17th Nov, during Enterprise Week, and will feature SEEDA Chairman, James Brathwaite, CBE.
