DLP Planning in Reading have been instructed by Broag Ltd to produce a landscaped parking scheme to improve the parking facilities at Remeha House, Wokingham. The application is needed to increase the number of car parking spaces at the front of the building from 4 to 13. The scheme also includes some cycle parking facilities and appropriate landscaping to lessen the impact of the development. At present the site is overcrowded with parked cars, which leads to highway safety problems with delivery lorries having difficulty manoeuvring within the site.
