DLP Planning in Reading has been instructed by Mrs E Canney to submit a planning application for the conversion of agricultural buildings at Grazeley Court Farm into 3 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 4 bedroom dwellings. DLP Inskips Design has been instructed to design the scheme and DLP Transportation has been instructed to prepare the transportation assessment. The application follows lengthy pre-application discussions with Wokuingham Borough Council, and was submitted on 29 November 2007. Conversion of barns to dwellings in the countryside is not normally permitted, but in this case, we consider that we have proven that preferred, commercial uses of the buildings would not be appropriate.
