Application for replacement dwelling in Sandhurst
DLP Planning’s Reading office has been instructed by Mr & Mrs N Cox to submit a planning application for the erection of a replacement dwelling at Grove Farm in Sandhurst. DLP Inskips Design has been instructed to design the replacement dwelling. The scheme involves the demolition of the existing chalet bungalow under a pantile roof and a detached garage building. The floor area of the existing house and garage building is 225m². The proposed replacement dwelling is proposed to be set back 2.25 metres from the position of the existing house and is to be constructed using traditional oak frame with lime render infill panels under a plain clay tiled roof. The floor area of the proposed dwelling will be 337m². The proposed materials will be sourced locally and will be of a high quality. The application was validated on 12 November 2007. DLP Planning’s Reading office has also recently secured planning permission for an extension of the residential curtilage at Grove Farm.
