DLP Planning, Reading has been instructed by Braymann Property Ltd to submit an outline planning application for the erection of five new dwellings on land to the rear of the existing dwellings in Palmerstone Road, Earley. The scheme will see the removal of an existing dwelling to make way for an access road to the rear of the site. Another backland scheme has already been approved on the opposite side of the road, so the proposed development is not considered to be out of character within the surrounding area. DLP Transportation has been instructed to undertake a Transport Assessment for the scheme. The DLP Inskips Design team has also been instructed to draw up the site layout plan for the new dwellings. Hopefully, with all three DLP teams now on board, an approval will be imminent.
