DLP Planning Ltd appeared recently at an appeal by Informal Hearing in Wokingham, on behalf of residents objecting to a planning application for 14 flats in Crowthorne, Berks. Residents were particularly concerned about the likely impact of the flats upon the character and appearance of the area, the size and bulk of the buildings, the unsightliness of additional hardstanding at the front of the buildings and the likely increase in vehicular traffic. The appeal was dismissed.
