DLP Planning Ltd has recently obtained planning permission for an extension to the opening hours of an internet cafe with ancillary takeaway use in Reading. The application was submitted following a threat of enforcement action. The council was convinced by our argument that extending the opening hours to those sought by the application would not lead to any harm to the amenities of neighbours.
