The Dynamic Learning Exchange will offer you opportunities to learn and practice facilitation skills, engage in self and peer assessment, personal development, networking, exploration of boundaries and edges, knowledge, learning, challenge, support and development.

Your Facilitator - Christina Bachini
Christina Bachini, Founder of Chrysalis Executive Development, has over 25 years experience of working in the personal development field, facilitating groups and training courses and offering her services as an executive development coach. Her background is in humanistic psychology, regression therapy, and hypnosis. She is also an NLP Trainer and a Facilitator of Clean Language, not to mention the numerous other courses she has attended over the years.
