WHAT IS STEPS? A 3-day personal development course that gives people the tools to develop: • A deeper awareness, understanding and appreciation of their own talent and resources • A stronger belief in their own ability to attempt things and succeed • An expanded vision of the many possibilities, opportunities and alternatives available to them WHAT DOES IT TEACH? It teaches how to build your own personal & business success by understanding… • Effective thinking skills • How beliefs are formed and how they may limit growth • Reality is only YOUR perception or version of Truth!! • The importance of assuming full responsibility for your future • Set & Achieve Higher Goals!! HOW IS IT TAUGHT? • Videos, Games & activities • Lively discussions • Some writing & drawing • In a fun & effective way This course is organised and delivered by Slough Borough Council made free by Funding from European Social Fund, through Berkshire Learning and Skills Council.
