Property Stylist and Artist!
Jayne Leighton Herd combines her creativity, style and design with another of her passions - property.
She owns and runs Chez-Vous HomeStyle which provides a range of property styling and home staging services to homeowners, property sellers and landlords, and other property professionals. Over the years Jayne gained a great deal of experience and success with the interior design and presentation of her own properties - and those of family, friends and acquaintances – often exceeding the market rental or selling price. So she decided to combine her artistic flair, interior design skills, marketing expertise and extensive property experience into a business which helps others to make the most of their properties. Jayne has studied interior design and has been trained by home staging expert Ann Maurice (TV’s House Doctor).
Jayne’s extensive creative background in advertising, design and marketing gave Jayne the scope to develop her design skills and to visually communicate in a variety of ways.
She is also a talented, multi-discipline, contemporary artist, and uses paint, mixed-media, digital artwork and photography to communicate through abstractionism, the vibrancy of nature, cultural diversity and life.
Jayne undertakes commissioned work for individuals, interior designers, property developers, and for corporate artwork.
She sells her art through Art Chez-Vous - her own online galleries at www.art-chez-vous.co.uk.
