Can-Do 3 Absence Management

Description: This coming year we are running workshops rather than 'talk and discussion' sessions. We feel that there are a lot of managers out there, especially younger managers, who would welcome some opportunities to learn and try out new ideas and techniques in a 'safe' setting. There are also more experienced managers who could share their knowledge and perhaps learn something new too! So rather than just 'telling about' ideas and techniques, we want to give you a chance to try them out too. We will have an expert facilitator for each session (if you can help, let us know). We have suggested six topics but we are also open to new ideas for 'hot topics' - tell us what you want and we will see what we can do.
