She is the Programme Leader for all the CIPD courses offered by the College and also lectures in HRM on other business and management courses such as the Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies. Linda moved into teaching and training some 6 years ago from her position in industry as an HR manager. She is therefore in a good position to be able to relate theory to practice and understands how important the relevance of a subject is to learning. Linda believes in ‘student interaction’ in the classroom so lessons are never dull and delegates should attend with the knowledge that they have to participate in the sessions.
