Berkshire Developer's Olde-Worlde Designs Enhance Village

Hartley Wintney, a village to the south of Wokingham, has recently grown in size thanks to several new homes.
The properties, contrary to the majority of new build homes in the UK, have been tastefully designed and, from an observer's point of view, might easily have been standing for years. Built by Berkshire-based Millgate Homes, the 11 new cottages benefit from modern interiors, consisting of a hallway, spacious kitchen, living room, conservatory and downstairs cloakroom.
