During his career Mike has also been heavily involved in Managing & Developing six separate SME’s. Over the past 10 years his own business has provided the SME sector with Freelance Sales Managers, Marketing Managers and Training & Development Practitioners. His knowledge of Business Development both practically and academically is second to none.
