In this introductory Business Development Workshop you will learn how to go about creating a climate for generating business development ideas. Appreciate the processes of business development and understand why all of your staff has to be involved in this. You will participate in the planning and preparation of your own Business Development Strategy and consider the overall impact this change will have on your business.

His business development experiences have encompassed major industry players like IBM, Hamilton’s, Nokia, First Computer and Dataflex. During his career Mike has also been heavily involved in Managing & Developing six separate SME’s. Over the past 10 years his own business has provided the SME sector with Freelance Sales Managers, Marketing Managers and Training & Development Practitioners. His knowledge of Business Development both practically and academically is second to none.
