Rotary Club is the largest service organisation for business and professional people in the World today, with well over a million members operating in 166 countries across the planet. Windsor businesses are lucky to have 2 active Rotary Clubs based in the Royal Town: Windsor St.George and the Rotary Club of Windsor and Eton.
The Rotary Club of Windsor and Eton meets every Monday lunchtime at the Castle Hotel. Founded in 1931, it has a long history of community service and supporting local and international charitable causes.
The Rotary Club of Windsor St. George meets every Tuesday evening at the Royal Adelaide Hotel. It was founded in 1982 after Rotarians of the Windsor & Eton Club recognised a need for a new club when a number of local business and professional people, who shared the ideals of Rotary, could not attend lunchtime meetings.
Both local clubs are small, friendly groups renowned for their hard work and the warm welcome they extend to all their guests. The members are committed to making their contribution to the fellowship and service the organisation enjoys. As active, thriving, service clubs they are involved in the full range of Rotary activities across all channels of service covering local, national and international causes.
