Berkshire-based celebrity Kenneth Branagh has premiered his new film Sleuth this week before it hits cinema screens around the UK.
Branagh - who is a director, actor and narrator - was nominated for Oscars following his work in the 1989 film Henry V and also more recently appeared in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets as Professor Gilderoy Lockhart. His latest offering to the cinema-going public features two top British actors, Michael Caine and Jude Law. The film is a remake of Lawrence Olivier's 1973 version and is mystery thriller. Caine plays an ageing writer who has a battle of wits with Law over a woman - Caine's wife. The film, which was nominated for and won an award at the Venice Film Festival, has been given a 7.1 star-rating out of ten by users of the Internet Movie Database. www.businessinberkshire.co.uk
