So go add your story/blog to Business Leads UK and I’ll pick one or two a day and distribute them wider through our other social media networks ... including Business in Berkshire which is very, very powerful and unique to us ... “yeah, yeah, yeah” I hear you say ... This story has now been broadcast around Google alerts ... the world knows but who cares? Most of the time probably no-one. BUT... when a story breaks in the media, journalists are looking for comment and people to quote for their story which needs to be nailed fast ... they don’t have time to call you tomorrow, that’s so yesterday! If they are searching for more content and we have it covered then they can call you or me and we can add our two penneth ... you never know where that might lead ... a meeting with the PM, an article in Hello, dinner at the White House, a personal appearance on Jonathan Ross Show !!! Each day I will, if I have time, remember, etc. take a quick look at Google for a hot story ... and it doesn’t have to be me starting the post ... if you have your ear to the ground and get wind of something, post it as a blog looking for comments on BLUK and then I will take the post and the comments, turn it into a flowing story and push it out via our other networks and see if we can’t be the ones quoted on ITN as the source ...
