This means when we have 10, 100 or 1000 pages of content they will all have 3 links down the right to 3 pages which give total clarity on what you are about and so attract click through from those your really want to talk to. Content will be extracted from your main site or any marketing collateral you may already possess that cover the main message and chosen topics. This will be loaded strategically into the PMS. This process involves design and consultancy in how you need to be thinking regarding the micro sites and how they can ultimately deliver results with the right commitment. Month 2 begins once second payment is received Our copy writer will connect with the project leader and discuss 3 articles around our 3 chosen topics. These will be turned into 3 x 250 word articles. They will be turned into A4 PDF marketing collateral for day to day, face to face networking, proposals and other distribution. Each story will be published via our media channels and attract the relevant attention, specifically of the search engines. In addition, our PR manager will discuss with you the main message for the month. This will probably be an expansion of the 250 word article. A different approach will be taken with this. The article will be written for offline media, magazines and newspapers, in your industry. Our PR manager will connect with the right journalists and present the information in a way they will appreciate and so hopefully use in industry publications. These activities plus others will attract visitors to your PMS and ultimately ensure those who mean business and who are interested in what you have to offer will connect with you and the desired result will be actual business being done. Months 3 & 4 They follow a similar rhythm to above. If significant things happen in your industry we can respond and change direction as appropriate. After 4 months there should be appropriate activity on the PMS resulting in business leads being generated. If the levels are low it is likely to be as a result of the market place not the PMS. After this activity we can then reflect on what has been achieved and determine the next steps in growing your business lead generation online.
