Business in Slough - New trading estate venue for IT firm

The IT specialist Delfi Communications has announced that it is to expand on the amount of space it occupies at Slough Trading Estate.

Previously based at Plymouth Road, the company has now doubled its floorspace by acquiring a new unit, reports Property Mall.

Such new premises are at 466 Malton Avenue, where it now occupies a 8,312 sq ft space, after six years at the other venue.

Delfi Communication's Andy Vine said that the property is a great base and he is pleased that they could remain in the same area.

"Over the years Slough Trading Estate has proven to be an ideal UK base ... Our international links are vital and so the ability to double our space and yet still remain on the Trading Estate has been the perfect solution for us," he told the publication.

Privately owned, the firm specifically obtains and provides old and new Cisco applications.

In related news, commercial property demand remains strong, according to new figures released by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
