Using listening, clarity & assertiveness to influence your customers, colleagues & your manager.

The workshop is aimed at owner/managers of local businesses or those new to team leader roles & provide a practical approach to management training. Topics include motivating teams, influencing & assertiveness skills, employment law, but all address the key issues for managers.

The workshop is a positive move to up-skill managers & supervisors & therefore improve overall business performance. All workshops will have a maximum of 15 delegates & be participative, ensuring a quality experience.

This workshop is being managed by Newbury College.
