Fair Trade Fair - 8th-10th December
A date for your diary - one of the most important events in the Christmas calendar. The Fair Trade Fair celebrates its 20th anniversary this year on the second weekend of December.

At the Westminster Central Hall, in Parliament Square (the building next door to Westminster Abbey). For the first time ever, there will be full trading on the Friday. The FAIR will therefore be easily accessible to anyone working in the Victoria Street, Whitehall and Parliament Street areas.

There are 65 stalls, selling an incredible range of items from the UK and all parts of the world.

Some examples:

  • Christmas cards from the UK
  • Cushion covers from the Holy land
  • Dresses from Nepal
  • Hand made paper from India
  • Divine Chocolate from Ghana
  • Fair trade coffee
  • Baskets from Bangladesh
  • Toys from Zimbabwe
  • Books from Africa
  • Peruvian knitwear
  • Tibetan incense
  • and thousands of other items

There is great background African music and a reasonably priced cafeteria.

Just £3 at the door. Concessions £1 and children come in for free.
