Lantra, the Sector Skills Council for the environmental and land-based sector works with employers to help them improve their business profitability by investing in the skills of their staff.

We have secured European Funding to deliver management training sessions to local businesses - free of charge. This training will help you manage your workforce, and company performance more effectively.

The interactive training sessions are aimed at:

§ Managers - All levels / departments

§ Supervisors

§ Team leaders

§ Executives

§ Anyone dealing with groups / teams on a regular basis

The training will take place one day a week over three separate weeks, and is designed to be practical and relevant to the workplace.

Dates: 17 & 24 May and 7 June

Venue: Three Swans Hotel, High St, Hungerford, RG17 0LZ

Successful completion of the course will give you unit accreditation towards a nationally recognised qualification from ILM - Institute of Leadership & Management. The course will cover aspects of managing people including: motivation; managing performance; leadership and minimising stress. Benefits of the course include:
