After the fantastic success of the last networking event at the bull on 21 Jan, we have the next event organized for 2 March. This will run from 6pm to 8pm and we invite all Bracknell based businesses to attend. This is an event for Bracknell businesses – retail and commercial – to get to know each other and to hopefully work with each other. It is vital we all start thinking about “Keeping Trade Local”
We did have a couple of teething issues at the last event. A couple of people said they could not hear the speaker, so we will have a PA system which I hope will get round this one. We will also ensure music is turned down in the bar area at this time. I want to extend my thanks to Bracknell Forest Borough Council who will be sponsoring the buffet for March, and we also hope we can keep this going. The FSB will be hosing this event under their successful “Keep Trade Local” campaign Our speakers for the evening will be Cllr Bob Wade who is the Mayor of the Borough of Bracknell Forest and also the Small business champion – so for all you small businesses out there, bob is a person you need to get to know and he also needs to get to know you. We also have Dr Philip Lee who is the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for the Bracknell Constituency.
