Private Royal Family photographs to commemorate the Prince of Wales's 60th birthday.
To commemorate the Prince of Wales's 60th birthday, private Royal Family photographs will be displayed in Windsor Castle next year. The exhibition will also feature some of Prince Charles’ school exercise books. The collection will go on display in the castle's Drawings Gallery from May 16, 2008, to February 22, 2009. Many of the personal effects included have never seen by the public before. Photos include informal images of the Prince of Wales, taken during Christmas 1952 at Balmoral when he was 4, Charles with his two sons and intimate images of the Prince with his late wife, Princess Diana.
