Good morning Berkshire,
What have you got planned for lunch time today? Not a lot, then pop along and join in our GIFT event at the Renaissance Hotel, Reading. Everyone is welcome.
If you can’t make it, your organisation might want to give a prize to our 6 lucky winners, that’s half a dozen of the twenty contenders will walk away with prizes, which currently have a value of over £2500 each!
Approximately a 1 in 3 chance of wining if you step up to the plate… the best offer you’ll get this year and all you have to do is come along and get your name down. First come, first served with preference given to students as they have the biggest overdrafts!! (and this is Enterprise Week)
The format is:
• 12:00 registration and general networking
• 12:15 – 12:45 What’s the Big Idea? (Coaching by Richard White on how to get the most from your 1 minute presentation)
• 13:00 – 14:00 The first of 20 x 1 minute presentations given by those who step up to the plate on the day. (The presentation will be to 50 business people and recorded on video by Video Shoot Productions to be shown on the Business in Berkshire website which last month had 50,000 visitors to over 200,000 pages!)
•14:00 – 14:30 Speed networking to the left, general networking to the right. Take your partners!
• 14:30 – 15:00 Winners announced and we will all celebrate by raising a few extra pounds for Children in Need.
Entry is £25 for business people and £5 for students and the unemployed. If you pay online we can provide a receipt and about £20 will go to Children in Need. If you pay in cash on the day then all £25 will go to Children in Need.
As well as the room, the Renaissance Hotel will be providing a buffet lunch as their contribution to Children in Need. You should take a look at their facilities for any future events you’ve got planned. Town centre location with a car park right next door. You can drive up to the front door, pass your luggage to the concierge and drive round to the car park in less than 2 minutes!
