A few weeks ago we published a short feature about Dr Dulcamara’s Pots & Potions based in Eton Wick. One of their suppliers did a search online to find the correct address to deliver a shipment of ingredients and when searching for ‘pots & potions’ on Google found our article at the top of the list.
They must have clicked through to the article, seen our address in the left hand margin, and assumed that was the correct address to send the goods. So we suddenly found ourselves with a boxful of cosmetic ingredients that we hadn’t ordered. As luck would have it, one of our visitors that morning was heading back to Eton Wick and offered to drop the parcel off to the correct address.
A happy ending then – and proof once again that if you want to get your business noticed by Google and his mates, Business in Berkshire is the way to go.
