Mate of mine is selling his house over in Stinchcombe, Gloucestershire… just look what you can get for £650k in the country!
Big old 4 bed house, 2 bed cottage, double garage with office on top, detached games room, 2 acres of land with paddock… all for only £650,000!
His kids have grown up and are flying the coup so he’s thinking apartment in Bristol, few quid in the bank and he can bounce between business deals in Bristol and his holiday home in Spain… marvellous.
Being a man of action he’d like to get on with the job so asked if I’d mind adding something to BinB… “Of course not” I replied, being a good sort of chap and also enjoying the challenge of getting stuff happening.
