But how annoying when you go anticipate a nice day out with your partner that they end up in the arms of another!

Well that's what happened when I took a few pals along for a days racing on Ladies Day.

Dougy and Alison from Scarborough managed to keep it together but Barry misplaced Nicky for a few minutes and replaced her with some football hero. The current England coach and previous 'boro Manager, Steve McClaren.

As you can see Ali made sure I didn't partake too much!

A jolly nice day out was had by one and all. Next year I think we'll be going corporate hospitality. Can't seem to do queuing anymore... must be an age thing!
