Business Adrenalin works with a wide variety of clients who all have one thing in common - they wish to increase their turnover and profit. Our clients provide business-to-business and business-to-consumer products and services on a domestic and global basis.
Our clients are successful business owners employing between one and 500 staff with turnover between £500,000 to £30M. Occasionally our clients have not yet met the lower turnover figure but are successful and with the help of additional coaching are soon on target to reach and exceed the lower turnover target.
Are some of these statements true for you?
"I've been in business for several years and I am struggling with attracting the right clients. I want to grow my business and I know the market I want to develop but I do not know how to go about it. I have a website but don't seem to get as much traffic as I want and I don't think anyone has ever bought my services because they have seen the website - is it really worth it?"
"I have tried networking but I don't think it works. How do I get the message out about my products and services? There are so many networking groups, they all want membership fees and have really strict rules regarding membership. How do I know which network group is worth the investment? "
"I have now started to employ staff but I don't know exactly what I need to do. There are so many legal requirements of employers, how do I know if I am doing everything that is expected of me?"
"I have employed people for years but we are really growing now and I really need to improve performance and quality. My staff work really hard, but I know that we can do better although I don't know how to improve performance without it affecting the quality of our products and services. "
"I am so tired, I seem to be working all the time, I no longer seem to have time to spend with my family or friends. I find myself working evenings and weekends, I thought that once the business became successful I would have more time not less, it doesn't seem to have worked out that way."
"It seems that the processes and systems we had set up when we were smaller worked very well, but they do not seem to work anymore. We are struggling to make sure that the product and service quality is not affected, this in turn means that in order to get our products and services out in time that we are all working longer hours."
