The scheme is available to all household gas and electricity consumers who:

Are of pensionable age or

Have a disability or

Are hearing or visually impaired or

Have long-term ill health

Please note: These Free Services are available to all mains gas and electricity consumers who meet the above criteria.

At this time they are not available for consumers using Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Simply view the energywatch leaflet to find out more about the services on offer, such as gas safety checks and the password protection scheme. You will see there are many free services available and you may choose one or all of them, the choice is entirely up to you.
