Bracknell Sea Cadets
The Sea Cadet Corps offers the chance to do things that other groups can't . It doesn't cost a lot either. Uniform is supplied, usually for a very low deposit, and weekly contributions are also low. You will be able to visit Royal Navy Establishments and Ships for less than it would normally cost to get to the location, and all meals and accommodation are included in the price!
If the word FUN has been lost in your childs activities then the Sea Cadet Corps is the place to be. Bracknell T.S St Kitts, meets every Monday and Thursday at the Bulbrook Centre in Bracknell.
Besides activities at the centre we undertake Canoeing, Boat Pulling (Rowing large boats) Power Boating, Dinghy Sailing, swimming locally on the Thames. Cadets can also specialised in other areas such as -
Seamanship
Navigation
Cook Steward
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Writer Stores
First Aid
Meteorology
Campcraft
Expedition Leadership
Communications
Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme
Target Shooting
Physical Training
It's very simple to join, just pop in to see us at the Bulbrook Centre in Bulbrook, Bracknell on a Monday or Thursday evening, after 7.30pm. Our staff will show you and your parents around, meet some of our cadets, show you our facilities and let you take part straight away.
You won't be expected to pay any money on your first evening, we only require a couple of forms to be completed by you and a parent before you can take part in cadet activities.
