On 5 October 1998, the MOD launched a new telephone advice service for ex-servicemen and women offering practical advice on a variety of subjects. The Veterans Agency is manned by fully trained, friendly Warrant Officers aware of the needs of Veterans. more |

From the day they join the Royal Navy or Royal Marines, all ratings and other ranks are part of the 'RNBT Family'; so are their wives, husbands and dependent children.
