An adviser with real world experience will carry out your Small Business Review. They will use their extensive knowledge for the benefit of your business giving you an objective, external perspective – and you will not be charged.

The process will be as concise as it can be, (we do not believe in time consuming procedures), as we know how time pressured you are.

How it works – 4 simple steps

1. An adviser will contact you by phone for a short information gathering session to get the background on your business.

2. This will be followed by a 3 to 4 hour meeting at your premises with the same adviser who will identify your key issues in detail.

3. A brief report that includes an action plan will be sent to you following this consultation. This report will identify key opportunities for your business and recommend actions you should take to enable you to move forward.

4. We will keep in touch and be on hand to help you implement those recommendations; later we can help you review your progress.
