Berkshire's leading local charity supporting local causes
The Foundation is dedicated to helping small local voluntary and community groups who provide vital services to people in need throughout Berkshire, through its grant making programme.
Despite the apparent affluence in Berkshire today......
- Over 1,000 people are homeless and at least 8,000 poeple lack acccess to safe secure accommodation.
- Nearly 100,000 people expereience some level of disability
- Around 7,000 children have mental disorders
- Up to 80,00 people are carers
- Over 900 teenagers will become mothers this year
