Dovetail Human Resource Services has been established in Newbury since 1989. Dovetail offer their customers a total recruitment solution, for both temporary and permanent appointments both locally and nationally.

The company founder and Managing Director, John O’Brien who is MECI qualified, attributes his companies success to finding the right person for the right job. Dovetail are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation; the British Institute of Facilities Managers (BIFM), and are accredited as an Investor In People, which ensures their staff are fully trained and offer their customers the highest level of service.

Dovetail have expanded over the years, and now have twelve staff operating in many recruitment sectors. The managers of the respective divisions are Abigail Brown for Administrative Professionals, John Turnbull for Industrial, Wayne McFarlane for Technical, and John Reader for Accountancy and Sales. Additionally there is a specialist Facilities Management division which is led by Mike Smith, assisted by Laura Line and Trevor James. The recruitment divisions are supported by the administration team of Gloria Baylay, Judith Williams, and Jennifer Malone. Due to continued success Dovetail is expanding with the recent additions of Human Resource Management and Catering divisions.
