Win/Win for Apprentices and their Mentors

Aimed primarily at individuals who are running/ would like to run their own business, who perhaps want insight into a new area or just like the idea of an informal way of getting connected and gaining business experience.

The Apprentice and the Mentor arrange their own workable, personal training schedule around their job or course, for as long as they decide. The idea is that the Apprentice and Mentor ‘trade’ services. Each will gain different benefits from the relationship and each relationship will be unique. Here are just a few of the anticipated advantages of joining in:


Apprentice

  • Watch and learn from an ‘expert’ and have access to a ‘sounding board’ for questions/ideas

  • Insight to a business in action whilst continuing with your own course, business plan & get connected quicker with introductions from your mentor

  • No previous experience necessary (but plenty of enthusiasm and commitment please!)



    • Mentor

  • Worthwhile opportunity to share your expertise & wisdom- (its good to share!)

  • Input of time from your apprentice to get on with some of those jobs you need doing.

  • No ‘financial’ investment required. Just the willingness to share some of your valuable time in exchange for the time from your willing helper!
