The second annual Cabaret evening was a resounding success, raising £46,000 for the Alexander Devine Children's Cancer Trust. more | 14/03/09 By gracious permission of Her Majesty The Queen, Frogmore House Garden, Windsor Home Park, will be open to the public on Thursday 28th May, in aid of the Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust more | 21/02/09 15th May 2009: ADCCT annual Heaven Sent Ball ADCCT supporters are looking forward to the Trust's annual black-tie fundraising ball, which will be held on 15th May 2009 at the Oakley Court Hotel in Windsor. Now in its third year, the event has raised £20,000 and £25,000 in previous years. How much will the Heaven Sent ball raise in 2009 in support of a local children's hospice in Berkshire? more | 02/02/09 ADCCT were delighted to be part of a glamorous Butterfly Ball in Windsor on 15th November 2008. The Dunnetts, a local family who lost their little boy Callum to a genetic disorder last year, decided to host the event to support a local charity, and selected ADCCT as the lucky charity which would benefit. During Callum's illness, the Dunnetts used a hospice in London and subsequently realised how great the need is for a Berkshire hospice. more | 19/01/09 31st January 2009: Scrummy Mummy Curry night ADCCT's female supporters will warm up during a chilly January with a Scrummy Mummy Curry Night on 31st January 2009. The annual evening started as a way of thanking the Mums of children at Alexander's school who were so supportive to Fiona during his illness and is now a fun, relaxed way for the charity to say thank-you to all its female supporters. more | 30/09/08 “The lottery is go!” announced Gerry as Parky pulled out the first ball to an excited audience. “Would it be me?” “Let it be me” The anticipation was more than most could bear. The lady mayor of Windsor was about to put the Royal chain on black but was stopped by the mayor of Slough, also in attendance for this memorable occasion. more | 06/06/08 Haymarket Media Group last week donated £10,000 to the Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust (ADCCT). more | 06/06/08 Thunderbirds creator, Gerry Anderson MBE, has become a third Patron of ADCCT joining Sir Michael Parkinson and Dr Sanjiv Mata. more |
