Wycombe MAG Does It Again!
Bike Group Raises £1,500
Members of the Wycombe Motorcycle Action Group (MAG) have done it again. For the third year running they have supported the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance at their Annual Chinnor Bike Day.
This year it was held at a new venue near between Chinnor and Princes Risborough on 2nd and 3rd July. After over 300 bikes and trikes of all shapes and sizes had travelled from Thame Services to the site to join everyone at the site a good day was had by all, with bands, refreshments and stalls for everyone, not just bikers to enjoy.
After all the donations had been gathered in and the accounting done Wycombe MAG travelled to White Waltham Airfield to present Carl Undery, Area Fundraiser for Bucks, with a cheque for £1,500. In its publicity Wycombe MAG had a new turn of phrase to describe the work of the Air Ambulance "Think of it as a flying lifeboat for the landlocked".
Carl Undery, who attended the Bike Day and Presentation, as well as a previous Charity Fair with Wycombe MAG thanked them for all their help and good humour over the last six months.
