New Fire Regulations - 01st October 2006
As a responsible person you should be planning to undertake your Fire Risk Assessment or reviewing your current Fire Risk Assessment to ensure that your business operations comply with the new regulations that come into force on 01st October 2006.

Guides are currently available online via the DCLG website. The guides are designed so that a Responsible Person with limited formal training or experience, should be able to carry out a fire risk assessment. If you read the guide and decide you are unable to apply the guidance then you should seek expert advice.
