A change of plan... Last week
was a reasonably busy week at the Fraser HR office with several meetings
planned and scheduled for the week. Sometimes running a small business can put
my time management skills to the test, trying to spin the various plates by
attending client meetings, preparing people plans for companies, maintaining
the marketing message and connecting with new people and places through the
various networking events I attend. When one such meeting had to be rescheduled
I was somewhat disappointed, however what I did not anticipate was how much I
