Good morning <07 Name>
Another interesting week in the annals of business development!
Since launching Business School in a Box we've realised that half the population did not enjoy school, so perhaps school was the wrong word, that an expert is a broken tap or something akin. Our aim is to create an up lifting experience. We have therefore re-christened our event and it will hence forth be known as:
We have 20 plus business owls who are happy to share their knowledge with business men and women who would care to spend 15 minutes talking about their specialism or anything else that comes to mind!
We are limiting the breakfast and lunch to 60 places, so you'd better get your seat booked if you want to make the most of the day. If you get there a little earlier, you'll be able to take advantage of being an early bird by booking your "Meeting of the Minds" appointments first!
This event will become known as the quality business networking event in Berkshire over the coming months. So if you are looking to build your network, connect with business men and women with a great deal of business experience, discuss key business topics and get connected, then you need to book on our event today.
During the week I have been speaking to Kate Pitts, she runs the Innovation space at Reading University and will be managing Innovation for BinB as we move forward. Expect some wise words from her over the coming months.
Jane Brocklebank is taking on our Kidsinberkshire.co.uk space. She's been working on her Dimplemambo portal for a couple of years and there is a natural fit with the common theme... KIDS!
I was over visiting Quinney in Newbury and after 3 years of my words washing over his head he had an eureka moment. So watch out for a FREE badge offer coming your way next week!
Then I had my 5 minutes of fame on Time 106.6... anybody heard me yet? I talk about the events calendar and pull out the major events, like our "Meeting of the Minds" and the BCF Charity Gala Dinner at the end of the month.
Monday I went over to see Absolute Health & Safety in their new offices, they geet posh ya na!
Then yesterday I had a very interesting meeting with a chap called James at the IOD. More news on that coming soon to a mail box near you!
Enjoy today's news and we look forward to seeing you at our Meeting of the Minds event on 28th February.
P.S. Would you like to go to the Chelsea v Reading game tonight... hit reply to this email...
